Registration fee
SEK 750 payable when booking. The amount will be deducted before final payment.
Final payment
The remaining amount paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 60 days before arrival the full amount is paid when booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation insurance is voluntary. The insurance ensures a refund (excl. registration fee – SEK 750/object - and cancellation insurance fee – SEK 250/object) in the case of cancellation due to illness (supported by a medical certificate). If cancellation insurance is included on the invoice and you do not want to have the insurance, a sum of SEK 250 is deducted from your payment/invoice. The insurance can only be ordered at the original time of booking and cancellation must be made by 3 pm on the day before arrival.
For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, you only need to pay an administrative fee of SEK 500/object. If you cancel less than 60 days before agreed arrival, you must pay the full rent.Guaranteed snow
We guarantee that the classic length tracks will be available. 2 km is guaranteed between 10-30 November and from 1 December to the end of the winter season 4 km of track is guaranteed.
If these conditions have not been met 24 hours before our arrival, you may cancel the stay and receive a full refund (excl. registration fee –SEK 750/cabin or sport room and SEK 350/youth hostel – and cancellation insurance – SEK 250/object).
Pets
Are allowed in some cottages, sport rooms and hostel rooms but must be quoted when booking. There is an additional fee of SEK 100/room for sport rooms.
Final cleaning (pre-order)
Cottages SEK 750. Cleaning the dishes, emptying the ashes and garbage are not included.
Check-in
Check-in is via the hotel reception at the earliest 3 pm on the day of arrival. The latest time for checking-out is 11 am on departure day. If you arrive after the reception has closed you will find your key in an envelope in a box outside the hotel entrance. We ask you to come to the hotel reception to check-in as soon as you can the following day.

For cottages: Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, detergents and cleaning agents.
For youth hostel: Bed linen and towels.

Misunderstandings can occur when booking by phone, therefore it is important that you check all information provided on the confirmation/invoice (length of stay, restaurant bookings, price etc).
